I have learned a great deal over the years and have been exposed to many different skills and processes you need to do this job. As a welder working in the fabrication shop I've been able to take advantage of all the opportunities to learn and practice. Management has always been helpful and supportive.

Fast pace exciting environment. The work changes from day to day from repeat parts to entirely new parts which keeps it interesting. Everyday poses new challenges which allows you the chance to think outside the box and continuously learn new things expanding your knowledge of the manufacturing industry.
