Derreck and I want to extend a huge THANK YOU for what we thought was lost in the automobile sales arena and that is "good old fashion" optimal sales and service. We are starting a new small business in Lindsay and we were in need of a small van. Seamus Agnew ,the sales person, introduced us to Jim Naylor, the owner of Economy Wheels. Jim took the reins and believe it or not the owner of this big dealership showed us the van, matched the price, let us test drive the one he suggested, sat in front of the computer and finished the deal. Now that's customer service!! I now recommend this dealership to everyone. Pick-up was seamless and we rather enjoyed Kevin's humour and Brett did a fine job showing us around our new addition.
