(March 25, 2019, 10:28 pm)Returning back home from visiting family in area, my 2014 Journey developed a noise thought by myself to be a front wheel bearing....Service rep drove as well and agreed it was in front right...prepared estimate of shell bearing repair which I agreed...This was at 5pm and would be possibly 2 hours to repair....We walked to a local restaurant for a bite of supper....about 45 minutes in I received a phone call that it was a heat shield that had rusted off and was contacting the drive shaft....

The service rep Stated there was no charge and car would be ready in 15 minutes after they washed it...which I didn’t ask for.....Very very impressed with late service hours, friendly staff all around and a free car wash!! -
