Dewar’s Inn on the River

The location, the amenities provided and the views on the St. Lawrence were all wonderful. We spent Thanksgiving weekend there this year. We rented the Birdhouse cottage and found it delightfully quirky and comfortable. And only minutes down the road from Brockville. We will definitely be going back.

Enjoyed a wonderful relaxing weekend in a spotlessly clean and comfortable cottage right on the St. Lawrence Seaway. Will definitely return again. Thank you for a great mini vacation.

This is a hidden gem! The place is well taken care of, they laid out the extra precautions and cleaning due to COVID19. Saw the cleaning staff out every morning. You can't beat the view either from the cottages or the efficiency units or the deck above the water. The chairs on the deck where spaced out to accommodate social distancing. It was a peaceful getaway. The beautiful garden's played host to different birds. Loved having access to BBQ's. It only downfall was the internet wasn't reliable but since I wasn't planning on remote work or netflix it was not an issue for me. Definitely planning on returning and telling friends.
