Very kind front desk staff, they make the experience all the better! From out of town and they were very accommodating and helpful with any and all questions! Beautiful campground, will be recommending to everyone!

Amazing front desk staff! They were so helpful and accommodating. The bubble tents were a hit but a little hot. I would recommend you bring a fan, they have plug-ins outside of the door. All of the seasonal`s are super friendly and fun. I would highly recommend this camp ground!

My family and I have been coming to this campground as seasonals for 5 years now. It’s a nice quiet campground with decent sized sites in great location in the Thousand Islands. Mature trees, excellent walking and biking paths along the 1000 Islands Parkway.
The management and staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. It has a beautiful and very well maintained saltwater heated pool that we use often. Sites range from wooded, semi wooded and open field that cater to RV, Trailers and Tenters alike.
It has a nice little Clubhouse store for nice ice cream, wood and some other items that you may have forgotten when travelling/arriving. Quiet, family run campground. Large sites, great location!
The few bad reviews I seen on here must be coming from disrespectful people who don't have common sense to follow simple rules to make everyone's time at the park enjoyable. For those that know me, I am a very particular individual and this campsite has all the amenities that one would need to camp and have a relaxing and fun time.
    We highly recommend!

This is the fist time that my wife and I tried camping just to have the chance to get away because of this COVID-19. I had a 2 night booking for their bubble tent.

I will list my negative impressions first.
    1. The bubble does not have any number markings and it is confusing which bubble was assigned to us.
    2. The bubble seems to be leaking as when we entered the bubble, there is a pool of water near the entrance. It was noted that the leak was coming from the roof vent.
    3. The floor from the bubble was not completely swept.
    4. The bubble entrance flaps cannot be folded to keep it open. I have to roll it in such a way that it will say open.
    5. There are 3 wifi hot spots. The pool side hot spot does not work. The north side hot spot will at some point disconnect you from your connection. The hot spot from the reception works no problem. 1000 Islands should upgrade their hot spots to accommodate unlimited connections.
    6. The common bathroom/washrooms/toilet and urinals works, however, regular visit from their housekeeping is essential to keep it clean. The male urinals does not have individual privacy wall, one urinal is clogged. I am not sure about the physical the condition for the female bathroom/washrooms/toilet. The shower curtain smells like it was not changed. In general, their bathroom/washroom/toilets needs updating. There are obvious signs that this was only fixed.
    7. No lighting along the road way within the property

    On the positive side,
    1. It is only 2 hours drive from us. Easy to find place.
    2. Great experience for the family.
    3. Great price
    4. A lot of choices of various accommodations like bubble tent, trailer, tent and etc. Check their website.
    5. There is a CURFEW HOUR for quest to comply so quests will have a chance to get a restful and quiet sleep.

Overall impression, it's OK and acceptable. Will I come back ? Maybe.

My boyfriend and I discovered this camp ground mid July and we have now been 4 times.
I had never been camping prior to staying here and I must say it is this resort that has won me over.
The staff are extremely accommodating, and the sites are nicely spaced out. Dog friendly and we love to bring them swimming at a cute spot just 2 mins up the road!
We always look forward to returning and creating more memories with our friends.
