1000 Islands / Ivy Lea KOA

Came here for vocation 2 times. Once for trailer and once for house. Fire wood is great with delivery and forest is clean. Alot of space if you can find good spots in the forest. Saw a few animals hanging from trees when exploring and hanged out with friends. We booked a trailer for rental there. Recommend to bring kites when windy and running shoes when in forest. Alot of fallen trees to pick up if you need spare wood to burn for fire. We see alot of people just sitting outside watching fires for entire day. Fun activities for kids to enjoy.

Great COVID adapting, your staff here are super friendly and helpful. Great location.
Rules and guidelines are enforced, and campers who don't comply are asked to leave, which makes for a great stay for those who appreciate this! Prices may be on the high end of the scale but for us, worth it!

Would recommend this campground 100% to anyone looking! The staff are very friendly, the showers and bathrooms are cleaned/disinfected every few hours. Very good for children with activities set up throughout most days during the week. Dog friendly as well with a nice pup bath near the park. Would definitely stay there again next time!!
