Sarah was an awesome sales rep. Very helpful while not being too overbearing or pushy. We have been shopping for a couch for a while now and this was the first place we felt like we weren't being forced into a bad deal. Instead Sarah answered all our questions, gently made us aware of other options based on our preferences and sold us a perfect couch for our new home.

After miserable experiences at the other local furniture stores I was blown away by the service at Ashley. Sheldon opened the door for us after he closed shop and let us browse. He wasn't pushy or aggressive in his sales. Instead he was helpful and knowledgeable and gave us a great deal on a floor model. We dropped close to 3k that evening and received our furniture 2 days later! Thank you Sheridan and Ashley Furniture for great service and great product! We will come again!

Reasonable selection of fine furniture, helpful staff, very reasonably priced.

Furniture that was there was nice..a little over priced. More options on colors would be nice. Was approached by a salesman, told him what we were looking for, because they didn't have it in this store..."Feel free to look around" was what we were told to do...rather than help us or show us other options he could get.
