Called looking for a sink I needed ASAP on a Friday afternoon and it was at my front door less than 24 hours later Saturday morning. Thanks Brian and everyone else at Niagara Faucets Inc. that made it happen. Great service!

I've now had two great experiences with Niagara Faucets. They ship exactly the right product very quickly. Recently I ordered two different shower cartridges because until the plumber could open the shower, we wouldn't know which one was needed. I kept each in the original unopened packaging, and arranged to returned the one that wasn't needed by mail. The customer service for the return was excellent -- quick, clear responses and an efficient return. Thank you Niagara Faucets!

My initial call was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I gave my name and number for a sales member to call me back. A few days went by and no call so I called back and left my name and number again. I got a call back later that evening around 5pm.

I spoke with Christy and she was very nice. I was given an email address to send my details too, which I did, but, I never got a reply. I called back about 1 week later and was told that the email address I was given was valid but not checked regularly. I was then given another email address to which was checked on a regular basis. I got a call from Mike promptly after the second send.

Michael was extremely helpful and sent the part out right away.
A little bumpy at first but great customer service in the end. They go out of their way to ensure your happy with their service.

I came across Niagara Faucets while searching for a kitchen sink and decided to give them a try. What a great decision. My order was shipped the next day and ready for pickup within two days. When I emailed them with a couple questions they responded very quickly and were very knowledgeable about their product. Overall an excellent experience with a local Canadian company. Shipping, pricing and knowledge all top notch. Highly recommended.
