(May 16, 2019, 7:21 pm)A lot of the items are over priced in comparison to food basics. As the only major grocery store in Prescott, the produce is exorbitant. It is unlikely that low income families could afford fresh fruits and vegetables, relying mainly of canned and frozen items that have minimal nutrional value. One consideration for anyone reading this is to contact your mp and encourage them to have government subsidized produce so that every family can afford the basic items for a healthy lifestyle.
