5 stars for custom service. Part of my order was on backorder and they gave me a temporary solution. Delivery was delayed by 2 weeks but that was expected given the pandemic. Overall, I'm happy and would give the support team in Toronto and London management a high rating.

We received a Bosch Induction Range, Bosch dishwasher and GE PROFILE fridge for our new home. So pleased with the service and products. Randy went above and beyond to meet our appliance needs. We highly recommend Appliance Canada and his customer care!

The prices are very good, the service was fairly good, the delivery took longer than they had promised and the dishwasher and Washer and Dryer didn't come with everything we needed. I would have appreciated a bit more information when talking to the salesperson. We are very happy with the Bosch dishwasher and Maytag washing machine and dryer. Our KitchenAid fridge broke and I went here to get a new one with same or next day delivery and they couldn't accommodate so we ended up buying a new Samsung Fridge from Lowe's who could. The prices at Lowe's are more but the delivery service was definitely better at Lowe's. Appliance Canada are always on my short list when I go shopping for appliances due to their excellent prices.
