Excellent service from Justin and Cody. Very attentive to details and helpful in making sure we were getting the installation done exactly how we wanted. Definitely recommend this store. Installation guys did a very professional job. Cleaned up and left the place very neat and tidy.

We ordered carpeting for 2 bedrooms and one flight of stairs. Justin came to our home and measured. He was very nice and professional. Rob, the installer did a great job. He also helped move furniture and disassembled the beds and reassembled them. His workmanship was stellar. Very impressed with End Of The Roll.

Nov. 2020 Update: We just had a bedroom carpeted by End of the Roll. At the store we dealt with Cody who really knew his stuff. I had asked several questions and he had answers for all of them. The store and the carpet crew all had good Covid protocols in place, hand sanitizer, masks etc. We first went in on a Saturday to look around, came back with a carpet sample to compare on the Monday, and by Thursday the room was recarpeted. It looks fantastic!

We will definitely check here first going forward with future flooring projects.

We bought some flooring for our main floor washroom. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the person we chatted with, but boy did we pick his brain for a while with all sorts of questions about removing the old and installing the new.

When it came down to it, we just weren't sure if the roll we were looking at was quite right. So he graciously offered to cut off a small piece for us to take home. He must have thought "that's probably the last I'll see of them", because he seemed pleasantly surprised when we returned 20 minutes later and took the roll!!

A few months earlier, we also had a runner carpet cut and bound here. It was very well done, and for reasonable prices. Next year we're thinking of redoing all of our main floor, we'll definitely stop by first!

Justin was amazing to work with! He was able to help me match the carpet and get everything completed quickly. He will be my go to fromm now on
