Dynamic Doulas of London

It's been six weeks since the birth of our daughter, and I can say, unequivocally, that having Sarah as our Doula was by far the best decision we made from the perspective of our pregnancy, our childbirth, and our recovery. Her support was amazing from the get-go. As first-time parents, both my husband and I wanted our pregnancy and birth to be positive in the face of an experience we knew would be overwhelming. Sarah's support was exceptional in every way. My husband's role as an essential support was encouraged, and Sarah's guidance and competence were exactly what we needed. She was a sounding board for our concerns, and the face of calm and reassurance and encouragement not only through the delivery, but also afterwards, at home, when couples often feel alone. We are so thankful that we had the foresight to acquire the dynamic doula team to be by our side. You were amazing in every possible way.

Sarah brought so much peace, warmth and empowerment to the birth. She physically and emotionally held me up allowing me to just focus on bringing baby earth side. Can’t recommend them enough ❤️❤️❤️

My husband and I partnered with Sarah and Lara in December 2020 as I was entering my third trimester. We would go on to have our first baby in March 2021 and I am only writing this review now. This is because I feel the "service" has yet to come to an end. I am still benefiting from and supported by Sarah and the community Dynamic Doulas has built. Unfortunately, she wasn't able to attend the birth of our daughter due to hospital restrictions but my husband and I felt we were equipped with the knowledge and agency to demand and advocate for the experience we wanted because of all the preparation we did with Sarah beforehand, including the prenatal classes and in-home visits, amongst the dozens of videos we watched and podcasts we listened to. When we first met her I felt an immediate connection and felt so safe and supported with her by my side (both virtually and in person while I laboured). She is a WEALTH of knowledge and resources. My relationship with Sarah didn't end at six weeks postpartum either, it continued to strengthen and grow, including amongst other members of the DD team, namely Ash and Demi, postpartum doulas. I would recommend hiring anyone from their team for any service.

Lara and Sarah are absolutely wonderful! Their support prenatally and postpartum was just what we needed (especially during the pandemic!) Having Lara at my birth made both myself and my husband calmer and more relaxed. I’d definitely recommend using them if you are expecting, having them on our team really made all the difference in the world 😊

What an amazing team at Dynamic Doulas. I will be forever grateful for their support, help and advice in the postpartum period. Following the birth of our twins these ladies were a vital support network for our entire family. It felt like they knew exactly what we were feeling and provided the precise help and advice we needed at the time. I really don't think we. could have survived without them. For those mamas who are expecting, particularly if you are expecting multiples, I couldn't recommend Dynamic Doulas enough. Thanks you so much!
