  Far before I worked here I used the services 5 times... I loved having the services then and now I love using the skills and knowledge I learned then to help others with the battle of lice. It's a love/ hate relationship with lice but the pure joy I get from helping others rid themselves of lice is hard to put into words some days!

  I received a call within 1-2 or so hours of requesting an appointment and was seen only 2 hours after that the same day! I was so appreciative of the service and how informative and helpful Caroline was. She really helped us feel confident about how to deal with lice (as I'm sure we'll deal with again in the future), especially considering our daycare didn't provide accurate information and made us go crazy with worry after an outbreak in my kid's room.

  Called on a Sunday morning, and got a call back within a couple of hours. Caroline was very knowledgeable, and let us know how to make sure to get rid of the lice after we left her. I liked that there were no chemicals used on my kids, and she was open and honest about the simplicity of getting rid of lice, not trying to upsell extra products, but letting us know they are there if we wanted them. She was patient and friendly with all of us and answered the numerous questions we had. Definitely worth the price!

  Very knowledgeable. friendly and thorough staff. Takes the time to educate you about the lice as well as getting rid of them. Follow up work to be done at home but nothing compared to what we've been going through. THANK YOU!!
