I had several quotes from Window Companies in London and Heritage Renovations was by far the best. He have just had our beautiful North Star windows installed. Wow, what a difference! Our house is over 80 years old and was very cold in the Winter. Since our windows have been installed, the room is so much more comfortable. We have already noticed a savings on our heating bill and have received several compliments on look of the house with the new windows. Jason & Dave the Installers were amazing. The sales rep Jay was very knowledgeable and made the process of purchasing the windows easy. All the staff at Heritage was always very helpful whenever I called. We just want to say "Thank You" Heritage Renovations for the amazing service, products, installation and experience. Keep up the great work.

The entire process of getting quoted, choosing product, and completing the order was flawless. It was a big purchase and we didn’t even know where to begin. Heritage Renovations took the time to meet with us and go over all of our options, while offering advice and suggestions that we had not even thought about. We had constant communication via email and/or phone and all our questions were promptly answered.

All the employees we came in contact with were extremely friendly, professional and easy to talk with. They even took the time to meet and greet our crazy doggo!

Our one and only regret was not updating ALL of the windows at the same time. We will definitely be using Heritage Windows again in the near future!

We had Heritage remove and install a very large living room window. They did a fabulous job. They took their shoes off before entering, did a great installation and cleaned up. New window looks fabulous. The fellows were professional, polite and trustworthy. Highly recommend!!!!

We are so happy with a past experience we had with Heritage Renovations! We had our dining room transformed from having only a bay window looking out onto our back yard to brick work removed and a sliding glass door installed. It was a big job but it was done quickly and beautifully. It completely opened up our living space giving us easy access to the backyard.
