Ziad was so helpful, friendly and patient! We had to troubleshoot our security system remotely over the phone. He walked us through everything step by step with pics included! Amazing customer service and a serious pleasure to talk to!

Called around to a few places and they had the lowest prices. Even gave me a deal with applying my phone screen. I had doubts that my phone would be fixed and expected it to take long but he fixed it in less than 10 minutes. Made sure everything still worked before going ahead to fix the screen and that I was ok with he doing the repair. Thank you so much!

They did an excellent job fixing my phone had a charging port issue and was about to give up but thanks to soho they fixed it and saved me from purchasing a new phone. Also had a virus on my laptop and they rrmoved it and my computer feels like brand new. Great customer service would highly recommend it to anybody.
