Upon checking in to the resort their professional and very polite valet took our Taycan into their underground parking facility and charged it to capacity in a couple hours so we could go explore the Muskokas. We're definitely looking forward to more weekend trips to the JW Marriott. We were able to make it there from downtown Toronto on a full charge without breaking a sweat in our Taycan Turbo S. There were 17 people in total who participated in learning how to Flyboard - some had done it once or twice and others it was their first time. Ages ranged from 12yrs - 50yrs. Geoff and Brooke did an amazing job. Everyone 'flew' and everyone says it was their favourite day of the summer! Thanks SWS and Muskoka Flyboard!!”

“Considering it’s one of the fancier restaurants in the resort, you will have to make a reservation with the concierge at least a day ahead as they are limiting the capacity due to Covid 19. It’s nice to know the on the day before or day of, they will call your room to reconfirm your reservation at the restaurant. Upon arrival, the process is simple. You tell them your room number and reserved time, and they will lead you to your seat. The menu option isn’t that huge, which can be good for some people if they have a hard choice deciding what to get. They also have a kids menu which is pretty good,$13 and they can get a side, main, drink and dessert. There are also vegetarian/vegan options as well. Overall, the food tasted nice, and also nicely presented as well although quiet pricey. My favorite dish of the night surprisingly was the fried beets as it was made to be lightly crispy. We had an issue with the tiramisu as the bottom of it was pretty hard which is an indication that it wasn’t fresh. We were able to get it refunded, but it was definitely a turn off. We were alittle uncomfortable as a stroke of luck, we ended up with the same server we complained about during our first visit to the resort. Every other server and staff was wearing a mask, but ours was just wearing a face shield which wasn’t too reassuring considering he was very tall, so his spit can still come down. We will probably not be returning to this restaurant, and will probably stick to cooking in our rooms should we ever book the resort. IG: Ayenomz”

We felt safe, comfortable and more importantly well looked after. Our servers at the Chophouse were incredible (Naveen & co.) and Christian appreciate you keeping our bonfire lit our first night! A big kudos to Leah & the GM who hosted a lovely wine reception for guests outdoors on the Terrace. The heat lamps and blankets were the best! As well as the shrimp sliders! Great to chat with fellow travellers that evening. Looking forward to returning for another fabulous stay!!”

“I don’t even know where to begin other then this was a 5 star experience! I was at the JW Marriott for a wedding/ gender reveal. We had ordered balloons from another company that came in clear with blue confetti (not what we wanted at all). I got the number from a friend for this company and had nothing but the best experience! Not only did she tell us not to worry she would fix it she got the wedding planners number and did it all for us! Also at this time she isn’t even open for buisness yet she opens this weekend! I honestly reccomend Lakeside balloons for any muskoka events she was absolutely amazing to work with and when she says don’t worry she will get it done she will ! 5 star experience!”
