(May 21, 2021, 12:00 pm)What can I say if I can give more stars I would. In the middle of a pandemic and a Ontario Lockdown the level of customer service for this location went over and above. I made an call to them at 1030 am to ask if I can get squeezed in for minor rear brake adjustment. I explained to them that I help teach youths in my area ride the local trails and help them build confidence on down hill trails. I had the bike there before 1045 and I picked it up at 2pm all fixed and I was able to ride with the kids that night. Thank you for the excellent level of customer service and just being a nice human an squeezing it in on what I can imagine a really busy day.

Told him what I was looking for skis and he showed me my best options and gave a thorough breakdown of all the products. Grabbed me multiple pairs of boots to try on and helped me find the best fit. Super helpful and knowledgable staff
