(August 17, 2021, 11:10 am)I tried my first spin class here and it was amazing!!! The instructor was so fun and encouraging. The other staff were all so warm and welcoming. The class was challenging, but in the best way possible! The music and atmosphere was also super fun. I highly recommend.

(December 2, 2020, 4:00 pm)Great workout! The owners and staff have worked hard to make it a safe space during COVID. I have always felt appropriately distanced from others while taking their classes. I love the energy of the workouts and the location has free parking in the area so a bit more convenient than their other centretown location (which is closed right now but still..). I also love the welcoming vibe of the owners and staff - everyone working here is kind, friendly, and motivating, which is exactly what you need from a workout studio!
