I enjoy the conversations that follows some of the classes; they bring a sense of community that I so enjoy!
(February 9, 2022, 6:06 pm)I've been doing yoga for years because I knew it was good for me but I only started enjoying it when I came here. Such a nice studio, nice staff, also had a great massage here. Christine is the best, highly recommend her classes. My friends and I almost exclusively do her classes, they're well explained, good flow, and she's so sweet. Love this place!!
