After our furnace had been shut down by Enbridge on a very cold night we found Setpoint and received immediate service from their responsible and knowledgeable owner, Peter. We are very satisfied with our new KeepRite furnace providing nice, even heating, at a great price!

My furnace stopped working so I had the original installer come back to see what was going on. I was told that my 12 year old Trane furnace had a cracked heat exchanger. I decided to replace it as I didn’t want to pour any money into a 12 year old furnace and I invited 5 companies to come over and quote on a new one. Peter from Setpoint Heating and Cooling Inc. arrived, tools in hand, and proceeded to investigate and verify what I had been told about the heat exchanger. After half an hour of testing, he informed me that my heat exchanger seemed fine and that my real issue was a broken blower motor. He offered to fix it at a fraction of the cost of replacing the furnace but based on the uncertainty I had on the condition of the heat exchanger as described by my original installer, I decided to replace the furnace anyway. I gave the job to Peter because without being asked, he demonstrated that the customer experience must be exceptional. He also showed that he was honest not to mention extremely knowledgeable. He showed up the next day, as promised, with the new furnace and had it all up and running before the end of the day. Peter was recommended to me originally from another happy customer and now I know why. He definitely earned that recommendation and now he has mine as well.
