TMT Mechanical

TMT did a great job installing our new natural gas pool heater. When asked to provide an estimate the owner, Terry, offered several suggestions to simplify the installation and minimize any disruptions. Terry and his team were able to handle all aspects of the install including 50 feet of trenching to bury part of the gas line and the plumbing to connect the new heater to the return line. The work was completed in a day and they did an excellent, thorough job including the cleanup afterward.

Don't believe all the BS you read in the reviews here. I used TMT Mechanical a few years ago and the price and quality was excellent. It's too bad google doesn't remove all these negative reviews.

This business has been unjustly attacked by a horde of reviewers that have never used TMT Mechanical's services or even met anyone working there. It has been the target of a bunch of SJWs after the owner made an unfortunate mistake which was recorded and posted on the web. Who among us has not had a bad day or made a mistake here and there?

If the business reviews were limited to comments by actual customers of the business then the results would be much more positive overall. Yelp & Google should not be a forum for unrelated vendettas.

I have used Terry's services on more than one occasion and I have been quite pleased with the product, the service and the value.

I've known Terry for years and he's been amazing to deal with. Not a 'suit and tie' guy to be sure, but he knows his business and he's repeatedly gone out of his way to help us, and save us money -big money- on repairs to our HVAC system. As to the video, it doesn't represent the guy I know. I wonder... all the people making nasty comments here... have you never lost your temper? How would you feel if someone kicked YOUR car that you just got back from the shop? What if someone turned a camera on YOU in one of your worst moments, instead of one of your best moments? As for the driving comments... I ride a motorcycle and believe me, I get cut off, nearly sideswiped and more ALL THE TIME and I don't catch up to people and kick their vehicles... although I'd love to do so. The cyclist 'threw the first punch' here when he kicked Terry's van, IMO.
