Excellent Service! Dr Waste was easy to schedule and work with. Staff were super friendly, fast to respond and provided quick pick up with no hassle. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for services that DR Waste provides!

I was dealing with an irresponsible mover that waited beyond last minute and this company made room for me in their very busy schedule. The owner answered his phone first thing in the morning and was the only company out of several I called to make room for me. He is obviously committed to his business and customers. Superior customer service. Even the gentleman that came to my house to remove the garbage checked with me and made sure he got everything. You will not get this level of professionalism, customer care, or kindness with some of their competitors.

Bought an estate sale cottage and there was a tone of stuff to go through up and toss, got 3 bins full...! Thanks Dr. Waste for being fast, professional and overall very friendly to deal with. I will definitely use Dr. Waste for all my bin rentals going forward.

Professional and quick to respond to inquiries! They were able to coordinate a bin drop off when it was needed and with no hassle. I'd recommend to anyone looking to get some spring cleaning or renovations done.

Dr. Waste is an excellent service! They were contacted Thursday afternoon. I told Chris that I needed some garages cleaned out and they contained various items such as fridge, stove, filing cabinets, furniture and mattresses and box springs. He very clearly explained that the company would come to my area and would be able to get the work done. All other companies I contacted did not service my area so this made me very happy. I was so happy to hear that Dr. Waste would have their team load everything for me. This was what I needed. The price was very fair and the best of all the other companies I contacted. The great part was they could come the next day! Chris was so accommodating with my times and making sure there would be enough bins available so all the work could be done in one day!
Andy contacted me Friday morning and asked if they could come early. Even better news! Andy and Shane were totally professional. They were very pleasant men who worked very hard and very well together and non-stop the entire time. They were excellent packers and really filled the bins until they were completely full. They confirmed everything would be cleaned out the same day. They left and returned in half an hour to fill up the bins again. Andy and Shane made sure everything was completed beyond my expectations. I could not have been more pleased and it took even less time than I thought.
It is rare to have a company and workers offer such excellent customer service. Every single part of dealing with Dr.Waste was exceptional. In fact, I talked with Andy and Chris if they could do another job for me next week and they said yes.
Chris, Andy and Shane’s efforts were five stars. I would not hesitate to recommend this company. These gentlemen are great assets to the company. Thanks so much!
