  Came in with lower back pain. Not only received assessment and treatment for my injuries but also thoughtful plan to help prevent future injury. Staff was professional but friendly and listened. Will be going back and recommending to everyone I know

  I have been seeing Sylvia for treatment of chronic neck, back and shoulder pain caused by my job for several months. Sylvia is great at what she does. My pain has subsided but I continue to see Sylvia every two weeks to keep myself in top form for work. She is friendly and caring and very professional. I cannot stress enough how great she is at her profession.

  I came in for a "feel good" massage and happened to mention some post jogging stiffness which Sylwia worked on and fixed. She gave suggestions for stretches and it's improved immensely.

  I had shoulder problems. I paddle often and am a side sleeper, that does stretch. I had chronic pain in my shoulder, especially when I raised my arm above shoulder level.
  
  Sylvia was patient with me and helped with a combination of RMT and exercises.
  
  After a few sessions the pain was less and after the fourth it went away. That said, I do need to continue the exercises as preventative maintenance.
