  As a female I had always been scared to lift weights. I was not sure how to use the equipment or even the motions that are associated with each exercise.
  
  Derek Chow, a personal trainer at Studio One made sure that I was in my comfort zone each time I trained with him. Once he noticed that I was comfortable with certain exercises and weights, he would push me to do more advance movements with heavier weights. This was important for me as I never felt discouraged when I worked out with him.
  
  Spending 3 months with him I was able to learn a lot of basic weight lifting exercises that I still continue to do so in my home gym. If you are looking for patient trainer that knows how to encourage and also push your comfort zone, then I would highly recommend Derek and Studio One!

  Started going here not too long ago but I feel like I've been a member for years. The community they have is so welcoming. Eric and his staff have been so helpful with all of my needs whether it be fitness, nutrition, and help with lifestyle changes to help me become a healthier person. I highly recommend coming here. They have a great facility that will cater to all of your needs.

  Had Eric as my fitness trainer and it’s been an amazing experience so far. I would recommend anyone wanting a personal trainer with Studio One Fitness.

  Eric and his team at studio one fitness are a class of their own. They make the gym feel like home, with a staff that is friendly, professional and will make you work to your full potential. I've never looked forward to working out, until I took a chance on this gym. Now after seeing results in such a short period of the time, I look forward to coming back each time. Thanks Eric and Studio One Fitness!

  Eric and his team of trainers are amazing to work with. Great facility and atmosphere. Very welcoming and friendly. I recently moved to Mississauga from Oakville and i couldn't be happier finding studio one fitness to continue my fitness journey.
