Birmingham Manor Bed & Breakfast

This is our ‘go to’ spot in Stratford. The Manor is a peaceful oasis with a lovely wraparound porch where you can enjoy your coffee before breakfast and a glass of wine later in the day. The rooms are lovely, quiet, luxurious. The breakfasts are delicious (and always different....we have stayed here over 10 x and have never had the same meal!). We park our car here, and walk everywhere...all theatres and restaurants are in reasonable walking distance. What makes this place so special, though, are Dom and Elena. They are very special and welcoming hosts. We give this spot the highest recommendation possible. You will not be disappointed.

Ever since meeting owners, Dom and Elena last year in Florida, we discussed visiting Statford and staying at Birmingham. We were finally able to do this on July 3. We also attended the musical "Billy Elliot" which was beyond our expectations. Dom and Elena are amazing hosts, caring for every detail of every guest with dignity and class. Beautiful old house with large well kept bedrooms. Everything was excellent! Breakfast was delicious and Dom and Elena were wonderful hosts. Highly recommended.

Our multi-day stay was an ever varying explosion of breakfast delight followed by wonderful theatre. Returning each evening to such a quiet, peaceful room meant we could arrive back home after our vacation and not need another vacation to recover.. . . .. a first. See you next year.

We have never stayed in B&B accommodations before and weren't totally sure about how it all worked. We were more than impressed and I must say the bar is now set quite high.

We had a fantastic experience in the “The Sandringham”, one of the 4 rooms of the beautiful & tastefully furnished Victorian heritage property located on a quiet road in lovely Stratford. The mansion is charming and the owners have thought of every possible little detail to make guest feel comfortable and relaxed. Elena & Dom are the wonderful hosts, personable & nice people who are very easy to chat with; they have a wealth of knowledge to share.

Our room was stunning with a very comfortable bed & a truly amazing bathroom. The linens were extremely soft and comfortable. There were lots of nice touches. Breakfast was simply divine, homemade with multiple courses (you will not need lunch!) and the big table meant we had an opportunity to meet & chat to other guests.

There is something to admire in every corner of the house, but it's Elena and Dom who make the stay so enjoyable. They are lovely people and great hosts! Every detail was covered, everything you could possibly ask for! Thank you Elena and Dom!
