(May 10, 2019, 10:53 pm)My husband and I found this gem of a distillery in Peterborough today. Met the owner Bruce and had a tour of the vats and barrels. Wonderful experience! Enjoyed a few "tasters" and great prices! Loved the Coconut Rum liquor. Bottled with slivers of real coconut adding to this rum's unique flavour. Their 29% Sour Cherry brought back memories of Sintra, Portugal. Definitely returning with friends for their Vodka!
