I truly cannot see any reason to EVER shop at a big box store again! I ordered a propane-fueled Weber Grill over the phone today. It was assembled and then delivered to my home just 3 hours after I ordered it, some 10km away from the store. One of the sales team members, Aaron, was extremely courteous in setting up the order.

The store manager, Garnet, arrived with a team member and they happily off-loaded, then carried the grill to the exact spot i wanted it on my terrace. They then took two of my empty tanks with them, telling me i could pick them up when I'm in town.

Thanks also to Sue, another manager, for helping me the week before with my questions about the Weber grill.
