Late last week I spoke with Jennifer about a serious problem my parents' fridge was having. She was knowledgeable about the issue and correctily diagnosed the problem just by hearing about it from me. She knew the fridge model and showed a genuine interest and enthusiasm for her work. Jennifer even had an idea about how my parents could fix the fridge temporarily until it was professionally repaired. An immediate appointment was not available, but I suppose the good side of this is that it shows that AAA repair techs are in demand. When Daryl did come and look at the fridge, my mom said that he was very courteous and efficient and fixed the issue promptly. I would not hestiate to recommend this company to anyone without reservation.

Derek came out to repair our Whirlpool washing machine. He was very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Would highly recommend Derek again!!
