The lower star rating is for the staff.

I have visited a handful of times and each time has been the same. The staff is uninterested and not friendly or approachable ...not to mention slow. I have found that the places who have staff that are willing to be polite, welcoming and knowledgeable are the places that are more successful. Yes the food here is above the rest,.. but product alone wont be enough to survive in an almost hidden/tucked away location away from most traffic.

If you go in and place an order, be prepared to wait a minimum of 25 mins. There was no one in the location when I went in for the second time and still waited 25 mins. (For two wraps)

I will go again based on the truly great food but I can only hope the staff begin to care a little more about their business. I'd really like to see this location stay open. ????

Quick service, friendly staff and amazing food. Out of all the Osmow's locations I've been to, this location is definitely the cleanest and gives the most generous portion sizes. I'll definitely be back for more.

Finally tried this location while visiting a friend in the area and I must say I was so glad I did! The staff was so welcoming and friendly. Location was extremely clean and service was quick even though the place was busy at the time I visited. I ordered the “half and half” and the fries, chicken and rice was so fresh and delicious. They were extremely generous with their portions and sauces. Will definitely be going back there again and again!

Great location! I was greeted with a warm smile and was helped immediately. The restaurant was really clean and bright, definitely made dining in alot more enjoyable. The food was quick, fresh, generous portions and most importantly, delicious. I especially liked the fact that they do not skimp on sauces like alot of other restaurants. I would definitely be coming back!

First time here and I was welcomed by wonderful staff and quick service even though it was extremely busy. As someone who has visited multiple Osmow's over the gta, this was by far one of the best. I'll definitely be visiting this location again very soon!
