EQ3 Burlington - Modern Furniture

Any service transaction during a global lockdown is limited by the many shared factors necessary to keep one’s distance. I moved homes during this time. Finding myself in a new community with almost empty streets and few contacts, I am pleased with the staff at the EQ3 location in Burlington. A well reputed modern living design name, the EQ3 staff were welcoming and helpful. I needed a modification in a sofa and they accommodated this change without question. I have no hesitation in recommending this showroom and its staff. Thank you to Meghan for her appreciated assistance.

The design, quality and craftsmanship along with customer care at the Burlington EQ3 location is what has been bringing us back for a number of years. Recently we had to have something altered on our Reverie couch. The care and attention provided by their service team far exceeds any other vendor. Thank you Chris and team for helping us out.

Bought an ARIE chair a year and half ago, the swivel base has broken. I weigh 130 lbs and it couldn't handle that. Didn't expect the product made in Canada is such bad quality. Likely it was under warranty and we received the new base quickly
