Brenda helped us choose the right sofa bed for our new basement space. She answered all my questions about comfort and even the logistics of getting the furniture put in place. The couch is stylish and practical. It was a very easy purchase. Great style, great price and great service.

I had a very positive experience shopping for my recliner. Due to upcoming surgery I needed to purchase a chair and have it delivered in less than a week. The sales consultant Carol was very accommodating and went out of her way to find a chair that fit my body and size but could be delivered in the time required. I found the process very smooth and I will certainly return to La-Z-Boy when other purchases are needed. I will also ask for Carol when the time comes. Thank you again Carol for you assistance and dedication to me the customer.

My husband and I were met and helped by Carol who was super knowledgeable and able to direct us to the sofas and chairs that met our needs exactly. She listened to our specific wish list, and was honest about steering us away from pieces that were not a good fit. She gave us lots of time alone to explore, but regularly checked in and answered our questions.

We had checked out Lay-z-boy on line, and had decided to start our search at the Burlington Lay-z-boy because of the large selection of styles and fabric. We found exactly what we wanted witinin our budget, with adaptations that met our needs perfectly. One store. We needed to look no further.

I am super pleased with the high level of customer service from Rosemary Horvath at the Burlington Lazy Boy furniture store. The rep was very attentive, informative and helped guide me through my needs that made me feel comfortable and happy with my purchases. We are moving and needed to get some new furniture that fit our new place. It can be very overwhelming to try and coordinate everything in a new space. Couldn't be happier with the help from start to finish, including design, colours and delivery set up. And it became a fun experience rather than a chore. Thanks again. :)

We just bought new living room furniture and couldn't be happier. The salesman that helped us, James, was fabulous. He was helpful, funny and not pushy at all. We're happy with the quality and price and even happier with the delivery date! I would definitely recommend this store.
