(August 28, 2019, 6:58 pm)3 stars because it’s not my style of clothing. I am waaaaaaaay too old. Or old fashioned. Had my Banana Republic resale attempts rejected a couple times before I understood this is a place for young teens to shop.

(June 23, 2019, 11:09 am)Staff at this location is super friendly, they always greet you right as you come in the door. They had free refreshments when I was last in last. I find the buying program a little inconsistent. I’ve taken 2 bags of clothing in at different times one time they took everything expect 1 or 2 items and gave me $60 then the next time they only took 4 items and gave me $15. Both bags were almost identical style and quality wise.

(June 3, 2019, 6:46 pm)My wife and I both love shopping at Platos. It's actually the best. I especially enjoy hunting for a bargain, and this place usually surprises me. GUYS, bring in your old clothes and get cash for them. We need to stop their guys section from shrinking! (The only thing I would suggest is putting the LG/XL shirts on the TOP RACK. Us tall guys have a really hard time searching through the bottom rack of shirts and my back hurts every time I walk out of there.)
