After having a negative experience booking a previous vacation online, I made my first attempt at using a travel agent. I had the pleasure of dealing with Michelle at Oakville Place.
She exceeded my expectations in terms of a positive customer experience, was readily available and extremely knowledgable.
I highly recommend Michelle and plan to use her for all future travel.

I just booked a trip with Leena and she was amazing!! Between some confusion on my end trying to book a last minute trip she was extremely helpful and very patient. I felt her smile throughout the entire transaction which made me feel like I was her only client, which I know I wasn't because they were extremely busy but it didn't reflect the attention and service that she gave me. Just a quick note that I personally have been dealing with Michelle Pellerin for many years now. I guess I’m old fashioned when it comes to booking any trips. This being said, it’s why I prefer to deal with a real individual and not booking online and making a possible mistake. Michelle has always been extremely patient and is very knowledgeable in the travel industry. I realize the like any place, it can be busy but, you’ll never regret waiting to be served by her. I’m presently dealing with her now and would like to thank her for all she’s done.
