VIA Rail Canada Oakville Station

The tall dark man in uniform well trained for his position. Will always ask for him however he is not always stationed here. He carries with him exceptional customer service skills. very helpful with each customers needs, young and old he is always willing to help anyone needing assistance.
Viarail is as better than ever now.
His name is Sam i suspect, not sure though he's always moving too fast for me to read his name-tag.

The staff in station is very friendly and helpful, I saw him help the people needed,I really touched .

The station is well maintained all the time .

The staff are amazing, information is posted everywhere plus there is washrooms inside .

Tim hortons nearby at 111 cross ave And McDonald’s too .

Plus a big parking lot so if u want to park , there is tons of space.

Efficient staff and great service. I traveled twice from Oakville to Windsor and both times staff was very cooperative and facilities were well maintained except vending machine is not working for a long time.
