Rosa has great insight of the body and mind. It seemed every week through meditations she knew what words I needed to hear to progress in my journey of self love. By opening up my body with intuitive stretches, my mind opened up to a different way of feeling and thinking.

I had an amazing personal trainer and did see results but after a year of pushing hard in the gym I realized something wasn't working for me. In finding Rosa she taught me to listen to my body by finding stillness! This has opened up so much for me, physical, mental and emotional. If you feel stuck or you are lacking clairity in any aspect of your life, or simily desire more out of the life you are living, this is the place for you!

I found Rise Mind Body about 14 months ago when I was in search of a yoga studio, thinking that yoga would solve my problems. Little did I know, Rise ended up being so much more than that. Working with Rosa taught me about my mind and body in a very meaningful way and the connection between the two. I managed to shift my entire perspective on life and feel limitless in all of my experiences. I have been achieving big dreams that 14 months ago I had written off as being impossible and have been in love with every minute of the process. Rise was the best investment that I ever made for myself, and Rosa truly changes lives.
