My wife and I bought a 2012 Subaru Forester back in February from Rotana. The car was very clean and serviced well when we purchased it and it has been running great since then. Buying a car from this dealership was actually a very pleasant experience.

We recently purchased a Volvo XC60 from Rotana Auto, the management and staff were professional and polite.
The negotiation was fare, I think overall considering the age and mileage of the car, we got the best deal in the end.
Mr. Anas was extremely transparent regarding the history of the vehicle, provided carfax and full service history.
The vehicle came with new rotors, new brake pads, new oil change, new air filters and additional winter tires, something I guess in this industry is quite rare.
The minor issues I noticed that the vehicle had, he fixed them at his own expense, and he did it willingly, he pointed out that is part of his obligation.
He delivered the vehicle personally to our home, something that really I appreciated.
I know that in this industry there is a certain level of prejudice, but I can say that our experience was about fairness and honesty.
I'll definitely go back for maintenance, since they are were so attentive.

I bought my BMW 535i, 2011 with 132,000 km on it from Rotana Auto Sales 3 weeks ago, and I'm so happy with the experience and I recommend you to go there. I was a bit worried to own a BMW for the first time especially it's used for 8+ years and I know this might be risky. The vehicle was accident free and in a very good condition. In my first visit I did test drive and it was a very nice experience. I took sometime to compare this car with others in the market and found the deal competitive and what made it more attractive to me the reviews here which is outstanding compared to other dealer shops. The only concern I had was I haven't checked the tires and I didn't bring a mechanic with me. The tires were in good condition but it came with winter tires only without all seasons/summer tires which is not common. On the other hand they changed brake pads and rotors during the safety check and certification included in the price with no additional cost. The price also included 1 year warranty (limited package) from Lubrico (3rd party extended warranty company). I upgraded that to 2 years on higher package and paid the additional cost to feel more safe.
