Edwin went the extra mile to treat my family and I as valued customers. Upon picking up our model x (dropped off for repairs /mainly fit and finish adjustments); Edwin showed the courtesy and professionalism that really set an example of how clients should be treated.
To date ; the smoothest experience I had there. Reminded me of how most European car companies treat they’re clients. I’m not saying the other workers are bad by any means. I was just very appreciative; of the extra attention that Edwin extended to us.
Took our concerns seriously and offered immediate solutions with hesitations.

Haven't gotten our car yet. Trying to get a hold of someone on the phone in the dealership there is very hard, especially when you're out of town. They offer free coffee tea, the show room was nice and clean. The staff once you.

Helpful and professional staff. They were occupied with many appointments and test drives. But the showroom has enough to keep you occupied until you get serviced.

I went for test drive. I had time to look deeply on one of the cars until the rep (Mike) was available for me. Mike is super knowledgeable. I usually look up online to know about a product before buying. But even then, I ended up learning more about the Model 3 from Mike. He is patient and answers all questions that I have. I came out fully satisfied after experiencing the Tesla first hand.
