We would definitely stay here again. Staff were very helpful. They were happy to store our bags while we waited for check-in. We got a beautiful room which partially overlooked the falls. It was clean and bright. The bed was comfy! 25th floor has an observation deck for a fantastic view of the falls which is especially nice at night when they do fireworks. One word of caution: read all the fine print. There are charges for parking $45 per night and a $100 daily charge of security deposit.

The Tower hotel is gem in a city with many hotel options. The staff ( David + desk/ parking staff) went above and beyond for us during our stay: charming, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Our room was very clean and well designed. The view was breathtaking.
I will recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to go beyond the chain
