(May 23, 2019, 11:14 pm)The gym is pretty large and clean with tons of amenities- a pool, saunas, classes (hot yoga, spinning, etc) and a separate women’s only area. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

However, I cannot stand that there is usually someone right inside the entrance trying to make a sales pitch or intimidate you into giving them contact info to hound your friends to join. I already pay $$ to go here, I don’t want the constant harassment.
(May 16, 2019, 1:51 am)This is a gym that is way bigger than it looks from the outside. Pool, classes, hot yoga, spinning, child minding. They have everything. Great staff too!

(May 15, 2019, 1:59 pm)A phenomenal facility in St. Catharines, this gym has it all! Hot yoga, group fitness classes, pools, a women’s only section, tanning, child minding, and all the weights you could imagine!
