This gym is well maintained with all updated equipment, many options with lot's of space to get your sweat on. The prices are fantastic along with awesome deals when it comes to their classes.

I’ve been to many gyms over the past 2 decades of training. This by far is my favourite!! The location is very central and close to 406, the hours are great, the staff is always polite and welcoming, the bathrooms are clean and spotless & training facility has everything you need. It’s not a huge place but feels very open and bright. This def gives other big name gyms in the area run for their money. They constantly have promotions and the rates are fair and competitive. If looking for a new gym this place is worth the look, 5 stars!!!
