I’m absolutely in love with this place! They have knowledgeable, friendly and supportive staff. I joined the 6-week challenge and couldn’t be happier with the amazing results. Loved hot yoga and it was included in the 6- week challenge! I highly recommend this place!!

The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The studio is clean. There is a good variety of classes and prices are pretty comparable.

I have had numerous gym memberships with little to no success and truthfully typically HATED working out...I moved to Welland and checked into pricing at Kinetic because I had the need to do something different....I discovered their six week challenge which is semi private classes. I was very leery as I wasn't typically comfortable in a class or group training atmosphere. However I bit the bullet and literally overcame my fear of group classes. The first week or two were really hard as the muscle pain was tough. The trainers push you to your potential however they are also very mindful of not pushing you into an Injury and are also very accommodating to anyone with previous injuries. The trainers and yoga instructors I have had so far are truly amazing!!!!!! After my 6 week challenge, I signed up for a year membership and couldn't be happier. Co-workers have noticed a change in my physical appearance as well as my approach to stressful situations and anxiety. Gym memberships are like almost anything...you get what you pay for. Your health and well being are worth the investment.

Positive atmosphere with great leadership! Thanks to the 6 week challenge the wife and I are on the road to better health! As a former couch potato and exercise skeptic I'm glad there were professional trainers to keep me accountable and help us on our journey. THANKS AGAIN!
