This review is based upon a conversation with a sales rep, Jasmine. Jasmine was very professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. She provided an excellent review of the various systems which we can use. I’m still in the evaluative stage right now but, at least from an initial customer service viewpoint, this company has a wonderful representative in Jasmine. (Note to management: give Jasmine a raise!)

Alexander Nicol provided a detailed and comprehensive analysis of my application. This analysis indicated too long a payback period under current conditions but if those conditions change, I would not hesitate to to contact EnergyPal again. I highly recommend their service.

After exploring several options, my decision was to maintain my status quo. However, that decision has no bearing on the exceptionally professional and patient discussions between the EnergyPal rep, Mitch, and me. He gave me a range of possibilities to consider, but unfortunately current energy usage combined with my location does not lend itself to going solar. Kudos for no pressure to do it anyway! If the situation changes, I will not hesitate to contact EnergyPal as my sole source for decision making and installation.
