π΄ Flag as inappropriateBest adult fitness in the GTA. Have been a member for two years and going consistently. The fitness the motivational stories and people all around is the best no doubt. This is not your typical gym this is a dojo where you train for life challenges.

This training facility is the best way to get back in shape, stay in sharpe and to get pass your plateaus. I highly recommend this gym to anyone that is trying to get a great workout and have fun doing it. Did I also mentioned the staff and coaches are extremely friendly.
