The Brick

I visited The Brick at Heartland Centre, about a week ago, and had a terrific experience with a very attentive and honest sales person by the name of Manny. Manny was accommodating and very easy to deal with in the purchases of my appliances. I am doing some renovations to my home and I wanted to buy all my appliances at the same store for obvious reasons and Manny made it very easy and possible. I visited the first time and he invited me back a few days later for VIP Sunday. He informed me that I would receive additional discounts for my purchases. Especially because I was buying all appliances there. I returned on VIP day and he was very patient and helpful in giving me all the information I needed. I made the purchase and was happy about the whole experience. I then changed my mind on the stove/range as I was not convinced on the stove I bought due to the stainless steel surface and I preferred to have enamel. He very graciously advised me that I can have a full refund of the stove, since it was not what I am comfortable with. He informed me that he can easily cancel that purchase and the rest of my purchases would remain as is with all the discounts that were offered originally. I was very pleased with his hassle free refund and his understanding of the situation.....!!!

Sabrina was fantastic and lovely to deal with! We originally put a deposit for a left facing sectional and decided a right facing sectional would fit better on our new home. She was able to switch our order and keep our price the same! A pleasure to deal with from start to finish! Highly recommended!

Went to the brick to look at some couches. Wasn’t sure exactly what I was looking for. Came across an employee named Sabrina mahbub. She was beyond helpful. She knew exactly what I was looking for, and had great product knowledge. She helped me choose the perfect sectional for my living room and was patient with me and my husband from the start to finish.I’ve been to multiple furniture stores and have yet to come across an employee who is as attentive as Sabrina. Thank you to her and her amazing customer service

Excellent service by Sabrina. I was happy to be dealing with an honest salesperson. Usually salespeople try to push the highest value item but this lady is really honest and informs us of all the upcoming sales and give honest advices. Thank you for a terrific shopping experience! Highly recommend this brick and Sabrina especially !!
