Love UB and the staff are amazing (even when they're super busy). Lauren was very knowledgeable and gave great design tips for any ideas or pieces I was interested in. I got a good deal on a kitchen table and chair and definitely will be returning for more.

I purchased two Damarco leather arm chairs from the Burloak store. Unfortunately, I wasn't happy with the condition of the chairs after I took delivery. My correspondence with Urban Barn's customer service from the store to head office and all the way to the warehouse personnel was next level. Yesterday, I picked up my replacement (Damarco) chairs at the warehouse. The entire process was seamless. A special thank you goes out to Mohamed and Rhys for their expert attention to detail and care. You guys went above and beyond to make my day. The new chairs (pictured) are a lovely addition to my living room!

Amazing customer service

We were actually on our way to another shop and stopped in to see what was available. If you're okay with minimal damage or floor models then you can get some great pieces for good prices! Pirah was very helpful during our shop for a sectional. She was hands down the best person to deal with at this outlet. We dealt with others but none showed as much interest or were as helpful as she was - thank you Pirah!
