After my husband recommended that I look into purchasing a quality bike that is designed specifically to my riding style, I visited Bike Sports. I was greeted by Jonathan who helped me with education and assisted in the selection process of what bike I would need. If you are looking for a store that offers great products as well as a superior level of customer service and professionalism I highly recommend checking them out. I visited their Newmarket store once and their Aurora store three times in my decision making process and each time greeted with respect as well as the answers I needed. Went in for the first time looking for an entry level mountain bike from a reputable brand. John took the time after helping another customer to break down what I would need and be happy with while not breaking the bank. Earlier in the day I went into 2 other popular bike stores in the area and neither one came close to the customer service and prices.

Amazing bike shop with knowledgeable staff and friendly, top notch service. I've purchased 2 bikes from them and have no regrets. What stood out is that they are not pushy and do not try to upsell you when making a sale. They are informative and cater to the buyers needs and wants without thinking about making more money.
