L’ORO Jewellery

My husband and I first went to L'Oro several weeks ago to look for a gift for him for our upcoming anniversary. We had visited various stores in the GTA and done some preliminary research but remained unsure about what to choose. Bhavul and Sevag helped us immensely with their vast product knowledge, patience and no pressure to buy. In fact, everyone we encountered was wonderful. I was delighted to make our final purchase from this store!

I don’t usually give a Review however, Based on the service I received from Sevag at L’oro I felt I had to share my feelings.
The staff and especially Sevag went above and beyond on my purchase of a timepiece.

Went to look for a watch at loro ln Markham store for my 60th birthday thinking that the way I was dressed my not even talk to me but surprised met assistant manager Anousch .She showed me watches also educated me for all the watches I wanted to look . Weak later went baught watch she was not there but Bhavul chouhan help me. Was verrrrrrrrrrrry happy with service I received .

Awesome store. This store had great selection and quality in their brands and models. Simon Luk was especially very knowledgeable and respectful. Also very helpful representative. Definitely recommend going here
