My BenQ projector lamp exploded and needs clean up of the shattered glasses inside the projector. Although it's just a small job (1 hour's work), Kristen Hamilton from the service department took time to explain everything to me patiently and professionally. They completed the clean up and make a thorough check on my projector, all on the same day. Their excellent service really exceeded my expectation, and I highly recommend their services!
