I am a varicose patient since 2012 and have to wear the highest strengths of compression stockings. I have been shopping around in Toronto for the best price since I moved from USA couple of years ago. Finally found factory direct medical have the best price for my Sigvaris sheer stockings. With my prescription they even waived my taxes and free shipment also. Their customer service is excellent!

I ordered a pair of Sigvaris socks from them as I already had a pair, bought elsewhere, when I found Factory Direct Medical online. When I saw their pricing I was rather upset as I had paid much more for the same pair.
When the order was shipped I was not home so they went to a Penguin pick up. Unfortunately there was a break in and my package was one of the many that were stolen. I emailed the information from the police report and then called Factory Direct Medical.
Fortunately I spoke with Husain and he arranged for another pair to be delivered to me ASAP. This was before Canada Post had covered the insurance losses incurred. Due to the excellent serve I highly recommend Factory Direct Medical and will order from them again.
