I had an issue with the discount code when ordering my stethoscope and when I called in the customer service representative I spoke to was incredibly helpful! I believe her name was Varda, she was more than happy to help me get things straightened out right away and was very pleasant to deal with. 10/10 customer service :) I’m looking forward to receiving my new stethoscope!
